About Stonelands Bed and Breakfast

A warm welcome awaits you at Stonelands Bed & Breakfast, which is ideally suited for both family leisure and business guests.

We offer modern, light and comfortable accommodation, where we hope you will be able to relax and explore the beautiful, local area. The accommodation is ideally located to explore all that South Devon has to offer, from the stunning coast lines to the beautiful, ever changing moorland.

You will be given access to accommodation at all times during your stay with us, the guest lounge offers a cosy wood burner, comfortable seating area and a television. There is ample, easy parking in front of the house for guests for parking, cars are left at their owners risk.

Bedrooms are tastefully decorated to a high spec, offering en suite facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, tv, hairdryer and Cole and Lewis toiletries in each room.

Guests are treated to complimentary tea and home made cakes on arrival.

We offer a full, delicious breakfast menu and can cater for most dietary needs (dietary needs do need to be advised in advance). Choices include a full English breakfast, egg benedict, omelettes, a range of cereals, toast, home made preserves, yogurt and fresh fruit. Breakfasts are freshly cooked to order and we use local produce where ever possible.

There are a large amount of excellent public houses and restaurants in the area, we are happy to give guidance and suggestions as to where to venture. We are also happy to provide a simple two course meal (at an additional cost) which must be booked in advance.

Payment is accepted via bank transfer or credit card, guests are liable for any damages incurred during their stay.

The proprietors cannot be held responsible for valuables left in the rooms.

Meet the hosts of Stonelands Bed & Breakfast

Stonelands bed and breakfast accommodation is run by Peter and Sue Slade. Peter and Sue have been dairy farmers for the past thirty years, farming and residing at a nearby farm only one mile from Stonelands. Sue also ran a successful outside private catering company for several years, giving her plenty of experience to serve up the perfect breakfast!

Six years ago Stonelands came onto the market and soon a dream became reality. Planning permission was granted for an extensive refurbishment and it is now completely unrecognisable. Stonelands now offers modern and comfortable accommodation. The gardens are still to be landscaped, which will be a project from the summer of 2023.
